A reaction produces 18 μmol of product in 6 minutes using 3 mL of enzyme preparation.
How the reasoning develops

Per millilitre of preparation: 3 μmol/min ÷ 3 mL = 1 μmol/min/mL.
The value is an average over the measured interval; it does not prove the reaction remained linear throughout.
A blank without active enzyme helps identify non-enzymatic product formation or background signal.
Measure shorter intervals and several substrate concentrations before inferring saturation or estimating kinetic parameters.
